I tend to use Google almost exclusively when researching online. Since the content on Mahalo is still limited, it is not as useful as it will become once it fills out more.
One way to address that would be to have a Google-search interface implemented in Mahalo search such that when you search for something on Mahalo, Google search results appear in the lower half of the page. That way the searcher gets the better quality links from Mahalo on top, and still gets the automated Google search results below.
