How to get Mahalo Dollars:
Answer the questions your best, and you will be rewarded with the tip amount when someone chooses your answer as the "best answer" for the question. The other way to earn a Mahalo Dollar is by answering questions well, and maybe your answer is not selected as the "best answer," but it helps out the person enough who is asking the question. This may give the person a good reason to tip your answer. So, you can earn a Mahalo Dollar through a tip, or through answering questions. If you would like to get some Mahalo Dollars without earning them, so that you can tip other members of the Mahalo Answers community, you can purchase them where it says, "Buy Mahalo Dollars with Credit Card or PayPal" in the upper right hand corner of the screen on the Mahalo Answers homepage.
