there's chacha: it doesn't cost anything but you have to sign up and agree to become a personal contractor, basically that just means you'd have to file your taxes differently. so you sign up to be a guide and you have to pass a test first. if you pass it they will have you watch some videos together its about an hour or so long. You can watch it little by little or all at once. once you're done you'll take another test. the final one before you become a guide. make sure you're ready for it you can only take it once. if you fail it you can't retake it. after you pass that you 're all set to answer questions.

oh yeah your job will be to answer people's questions as they come in.
