How can I start my own podcast with the best audio quality for the least amount of money??

And then how do I get it online for people to hear?? Even if you could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it!

The easiest way to create an RSS feed is to use software. A podcast is simply an RSS feed that contains an audio file in the enclosure field. The software I would recommend is FeedForAll (there is a Windows and a Mac version). The following will walk you through the process of creating a podcast using the software - http://www.feedforall.com/podcasting-tutorial.htm (there is also a built in wizard).

You can start your own podcast for free on Talkshoe. Up to 250 people can participate at once, while you are recording it.
