Can you record audio on an iTouch via bluetooth, or better yet hands free, while still maintaining good quality?
I am currently enrolled in a web design class and am charged with the task of making a podcast. The pod cast will ideally record audio from class lectures that day, so if a student misses the class due to athletics, sickness, etc, that they can go onto our schools website and download the podcast on their iPod. I understand that there are some free programs out there, but the school would prefer quality work. They also want the recording to be as unobtrusive as possible to the teacher and class. Thanks in advance...

Nope... the touch only supports the A2DP bluetooth profile for listening to stereo audio, it won't support a bluetooth mic.
But, if you get a set of the Apple earphones intended for the iphone (the ones with the volume control/mic on them) that works fine with an iTouch and gives excellent sound quality, and they're only about $30. You don't even need the earphones in your ears to record, just find a way to clip the mic to your shirt.
