any ideas on the easiest way to build dashboard widgets on tiger?
Im trying to learn how to build a widget but have no idea about java but understand html and css.

To complement the answer that was posted don't forget to download the apple developer tools. It has a very easy to use widget builder. You will have to create a free account with ADC (Apple Developer Connection) and download and install it. There is also extra documentation on the developer site. http://developer.apple.com
