Miro isn't the most popular so sometimes is overlooked when people make podcasts. I agree it is tough. I don't think that's the link I use either. As for why it wasn't in the Miro Guide. The Miro Guide is completely user driven so it's not in there because nobody has submitted it.
Hope this helps.

Why is it so hard to find the Mahalo Daily feed for Miro?
For some reason Mahalo Daily does not appear in the Miro Guide.
I had to search high and low for a working RSS feed for the Mahalo Daily podcast. A lot of other video podcasts simply have a "subscribe with Miro" link displayed prominently on their home page.
From the home page (http://www.mahalodaily.com/), I had to click on the "Mahalo Daily Show Archives". At the very bottom there is a tiny link "Subscribe via RSS". Upon further investigation, I found that same tiny link on the home page.
1. Copy the URL for the RSS feed to the clipboard (http://mahalodaily.blip.tv/rss)
2. Switch to Miro
3. Select the "Sidebar" > "Add Feed" menu item.
4. In the "Add Feed" dialog make sure the URL appears in the "URL" field.
5. Make sure the "Video" radio button is selected.
6. Click the "Create Feed" button.
Incidentally, I found a link to a Mahalo Dailly RSS feed on Viddler but the attachments are in .swf format and they don't play in Miro.
