You can get IE7 at OldVersion.com - a Web site that, for no charge to you, archives old versions of quite a few different applications. (However, if the software costs money, such as PhotoShop, don't expect to get the full version for free here.)
The site offers everything from mIRC to ICQ to IE to...well...you get the idea. The odds are good that, if the software's fairly popular, you can find at least some of the previous versions here.

Why is it so hard to find a download URL for IE7? I don't want IE 8 right now.
