This is a complete guess based on my own knowledge. Donno for sure because I'm not connected with Mahalo other than being a fan.

I think that they are replicating the data for stats, users, questions, etc among a few different servers. This is a common, practical way to load balance traffic.

However, data replication in any form often has a "lag" if not assembled on the presentation layer of dynamic data.

So is there something I should do to fix it or should I just wait.

Wait 'er out. The site is in active development & beta.

But if it was my stats and they didn't fix themselves overnight, I might shoot an e-mail into one of the Mahalo e-mail addresses displayed on the site or post a question in the Mahalo Community topic.

They always seem to catch up up eventually.

It just takes longer than you'd think.

Strangely for a couple of days my Tips In - Tips Out has been slightly different to my M$ balance. It's only one M$ off, and only on the user profile page. When you look at the Tips page in settings, all is well. So I can't be bothered to raise the issue with any one.
