Why does my media keep disappearing on boxee with apple tv?

First, make sure you're using the latest version of Boxee. Second, I can't give you a definite answer for the missing media as I don't use boxee for Apple TV, but I suggest you read the Apple TV help forum at http://forum.boxee.tv/forumdisplay.php?f=13 . There may be someone who's had the same problem as you and would be more qualified to help.
