Which service offers the best (highest quality) live webcam streaming experience to viewers?

I've heard of Ustream and justin.tv and Stickam ... which service -- doesn't have to be one of these three, by the way -- provides the highest quality stream? I'd like to stream an event live to my friends who can't be there, and the higher quality the better.

I think UStream and Stickam are the two best, with Ustream being my personal favourite.

I forgot to add this to my question, but does anybody know if you can password-protect your stream, or otherwise control who views it?
