To be quite honest, I've heard good things about Uverse, but I've never used it. Time Warner Cable though, I have used. I had it for about 4 or 5 years until Comcast bought them out in my area (and Comcast sucks horribly D: ). If UVerse has fiber in your area and you're looking to pay a little more for a super fast Internet connection, then I'd go that route. :P

For telephone provider I suggest you check RingCentral. They give lots of features like call screening, 800 numbers and other features for telecommunications for home or business use.

Which internet/cable/telephone provider should I choose, ATT Uverse or Time Warner Cable?
The most important things to me are reliability, cost and quality of the service. The companies are both making it harder to compare and contrast their service offerings
