Dhawk, Thanks you for asking on Mahalo Answers! Hopefully I can be of assistance for you here. Here are some sites that will assist you with measuring metrics on a site. I do not believe you can see how many times a site is "typed in organically" yet I can assist you with measuring quantifiable data that can be found about a site. Statbrain can tell you how many visits a particular site gets in a day.
Two sites that come to mind are Dataopedia and AbouThiSite.
Dataopedia
http://dataopedia.com
AbouThiSite
http://abouthisite.com
Quarkbase
http://www.quarkbase.com
Statbrain.com
http://www.statbrain.com
Sitelogr
http://www.sitelogr.com
Others that also track information about sites are below:
Alexa

Compete

Quantcast

This works the same way if you click on a bookmark or click a link on a different website. You could try ignoring the results that come from redirection (like from Google), but even then, you couldn't tell what number of visits come from people clicking unredirected links on other pages.
I can only think of somehow watching the activity in a person's browser and looking for when they type into the address bar, but this isn't possible unless you install a tracker on their computer, which is probably not what you want.

You could also try to use http://www.webstatshq.com
It's an website analytics tool that displays alot of information.
Good luck.

Where can I find out how many times a particular domain/URL has been typed in organically?
Is there a place on the Internet where I can find out how many times a specific domain/URL has been typed in organically? For example, if I wanted to know how many times "www.howmanytimes.com" has been typed in organically, where can I find this out? thx!

Unfortunately, there is no feasible way to count manually typed-in urls because when an address is typed, your computer looks up the website at the DNS server you're using and gives your computer the numerical address (e.g. 192.168.2.150) which then gets you to the page you want. This works the same way if you click on a bookmark or click a link on a different website. You could try ignoring the results that come from redirection (like from Google), but even then, you couldn't tell what number of visits come from people clicking unredirected links on other pages.
