It is hard to say since it is in the pre-beta stages for OSX. But they do have a very early development test version available and say their goal is for a beta as soon as possible.

No date has been announced yet. The build that was announced recently is the rough developer preview.

Basically, it is an experimental version with some features are not available (e.g. The flash plug-in, printing and bookmark management). Further, there are more than 400 bugs that need to be resolved.
