When I do Google searches, sometimes the websites I reach gives me messages like my computer is infected. Are those sites real trouble?
Is there a way to let Google know they are trouble for users?

Many websites that show such fake messages are trying to get you to buy anti-virus or spyware removal software. Others are actually trying to scare you into downloading malware of their own, to infect your computer. If you have valid, up-to-date anti-virus and anti-spyware tools you should be fine ignoring them. If you don't you should buy and/or download legitimate protective software as soon as possible. You can report such websites to Google at http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/ .
