Without a doubt it's the daft punk tribute bodies/hands.
Here is the original daft punk girl video.
(I think this whole thing started with the hands I'm not sure)
NOTE: You haveto watch the whole thing threw.
EDIT I:
And here's one for the ladies out there too. (see second vid)

I love it when great YouTube videos (Daft Hands) inspire others to produce videos just as awesome (all four of these kids above). Thanks for sharing all of them with us.
Cash in my Pocket makes me smile every time. However, the oldie but amazing is the cast of How I Met Your Mother on Megan Mullay's show. HIMYM follows.
One of the video podcasts i personally enjoy is Ask a Ninja.
Definitely this one for me.
According to YouTube I have 237 favourites... here are the last 3 I've favourited

The Vanishing Lover- so heartbreaking, yet so funny at the same time.

Since Easyeboy pulled out the viral video card I have to go with this:
Here's my most recent favorite. Nokia Bruce Lee Ping Pong.
I know the best answer was already selected. But I just found the most heartwarming, most touching YouTube video. It's Lea Salonga (Mulan, Princess Jasmine, Les Miserables, Miss Saigon) singing to her husband at their wedding. She sings "Two Words" so beautifully and her husband is so overcome with emotion. I can just imagine him thinking at that moment that he's the happiest man in the world.

I've always enjoyed The Machine is Us/ing Us by a college professor in Kansas. It's attempting to explain the revolution of Web 2.0 and it even gets emotional in a robotic, geeky way.

I like parodies and one of my favorite videos is this parody of 7 Things by Miley Cyrus:
Some of the best videos on YouTube are the ones that give us a look a the past, not seen before. I really like a couple. Marvin Gaye singing "Whats Going On" with all the kids. And the band America singing "Ventura Highway" Some other greats are Earth Wind and Fire doing "September" These look into another time when these guys were at there best. New band could really learn from these...each one special in it's own way. I really like the America video.
