SnapCRM seems to get a lot of mentions out there as a viable shareware option if you want to try that for free.
And then Marketcircle's Daylite seems to be perhaps the slicker choice...they're on version 3.8, and also got MacWorld Best of Show recognition a few weeks ago for their brand new Daylite Touch mobile solution (boo-ya!)

What is the best open source, web-based sales software for a small team?
We'd like to track our sales leads, opportunities, points of contact, calendars, and sales $$ generated per individual and aggregated as a group. Bonus points for a mobile app that works on iPhone and Blackberry...
