Acronis True Image.
I'd used Ghost, but Symantec in general I've had poor experiences with (not only with their Ghost product but also Backup Exec and Antivirus; their tech support is lacking as well).
Acronis has proven itself a reliable replacement to me. Check out the article below, someone compares Ghost and Acronis and the latter wins out.
