Rose didn't draw a salary, he's Managing Partner on the books, which means every quarter, a portion of the ad dollars is paid to him.
Same with Diggnation, Revision3 is their company, they don't pay themselves as salaried employees. You can search for the corporate filings to see the capitalization of their ownership. To see their payouts, take that percentage, multiply it by net profits and divide by four.

What is Kevin Rose's annual salary at Digg?
Digg is probably one of the more ubiquitous 'mini-major' web co.'s out there and I've heard that they aren't even breaking even yet. Rose's other company, Revision3, just laid off several of its people and his 'side project', Pownce, just shuttered and was sold to SixApart. But, when you tune in to the newest episodes of Diggnation, you see that KR has just bought a new loft condo, a new Audi, new MacBook Pro, etc. etc. etc. So, I'm just curious how much a savvy and succesful web empire pays its face man, even when times are tough. If you have actual data or a pic of a pay stub that would be cool...and also hilarious.
**Bonus if you also know how much he and Alex get paid for Diggnation.
