a "flip" camera is a camera that is made by a company called pure digital. it is a cheap, easy to use, and low resolution camera (video quality is like a youtube video). The company now has added different models to their line that have a better resolution and more storage. They also have one called the flip mino (and flip mino HD), that is even smaller than the original (the mino is about the size of a pack of cigarettes. These are probably the easiest video cameras in the world to use. There is an on button, a screen, a bright red record button, and arrows keys to scroll through your already recorded movies.
