I don't like this site. I don't think that rating people online is a good idea. Specially when you don't know who rated and why. An opinion about someone else's personality is something you only ask to people you already trust and they should give you the most objective answer possible or admit that their answer is somewhat subjective.
Of course, for some people it could be useful. Some would use it to promote themselves and I bet there is a way to alter your results if you pay. The other way around could work for some people too and pay or campaign to "destroy" the public image of an enemy.
Obviously I didn't know any other site like this, I never cared to look for one.
