It's the simplest little thing, but it has saved me a lot of aggravation! I don't even know what the actual name for it is, but it's a little device that helps you open a CD - you just slide it across the top of a CD and it cuts through the wrapping and the sticker. I just keep it in my purse, and pull it out any time I buy a CD. It's great!
