There is no clear definition of what a web 2.0 site is- they are simply sites that are designed "better" by using a new philosophy. There were many sites that could be described as "web 2.0" that were around before the term existed. There is no way to tell if a site is web 2.0 other than agreeing that it is.
Therefore, any of the new and best websites would qualify. As for which ones Google likes, I'm not clear on what you mean. I've included a site that talks about web 2.0 as a source, and they list some websites that they consider to be good examples of web 2.0 sites.
