For the shows no longer on the air, they have quite a selection (complete series of Arrested Development, and tons of episodes from classic shows such as The Addams Family, Bewitched, and ALF). As far as shows that are still on the air, they usually post between five and ten of the most recent new episodes to air.
The best part is, it's all completely legal.
Here's a list of every show they offer full episodes of:

If you live in America, http://www.hulu.com/ is an incredible website. You can pretty much get episodes of any show that has aired on the Fox Network or NBC. For the shows no longer on the air, they have quite a selection (complete series of Arrested Development, and tons of episodes from classic shows such as The Addams Family, Bewitched, and ALF). As far as shows that are still on the air, they usually post between five and ten of the most recent new episodes to air.
