IT IS ALL the Keywords. Just try to know exactly what are your main keywords and focus on them and sprinkle them around your website Use them in your page description , An optimized page should contain at least 100 words ,keep in mind that the first 30 to 50 words of a page are essential . Put your strategic keywords always first and at the beginning of the page, preferably within the first paragraph. And as you write your article it is more effective when keywords are emphasized in the following ways :
- put the keywords in bold script
- create a hyperlink on important keyword
- create a bold hyperlink, in order to achieve maximal efficiency

The word used for your link must be highly relevant to the content of the website it links to.It is totally ineffective to use words such as “read more” or “click here” for your links. Furthermore, you should always choose words (i.e. text) for your links, instead of an image.

The site takes too long to load, and the choice of colours for the text don't have enough contrast, plus have that image area with short width floating over a coloured area that's twice as wide is visually distracting and doesn't let the eye focus quickly on the important aspects of the information you want to convey.

Try reoranizing it so the slide-show image is in the upper-right hand corner, with the menu, more highly contrasted, to the left, both below a title bar spanning the width of both, and put the slide show inside an iframe so display of the text of the page isn't tightly coupled and potentially slowed down by the download of all the image information.

I agree. The site take far too long to load. Remove the rotating images on the main page, or make sure that they are compress for web use and you aren't trying to load full sized images. When compressed, you should be able to get the image down to about 30-50k per image rather than a normal 1-5Mb.

Minimize the amount of Flash you use.

Check the web server that your site is running on. If you are on a shared web server, you may need to upgrade to a faster "pool" (something with more resources). You can have a perfectly tuned site and if it is running on a weak web server then you will get poor performance like this.

I had a look at your site. According to Yahoo site explorer you have 63 inbound links.
PR is one thing and search engine results page position a whole other

63 backlinks is really not a large number of backlinks. Work on getting quality anchor text links that do follow. Lots of them
