I think you should. The design isn't awful, but it can certainly be improved upon.
The menu and body don't quite line up.
Duplicate text: "weapons of coke" and "weapons of pepsi". Maybe you could unify these and all the other subheadings under "weapons", "weaknesses", banners, to clean up the UI.
The box to join a rivalry is strangely designed. One button is on top, one is on the bottom, and the word "more..." seems misplaced.
Using two exclamation marks in various places makes the site look immature.
The menu could use an overhaul.

Should I redesign my site http://rivals4ever.com to make it more user friendly and to attract more visitors?
From long time I am wondering this question whether I should redesign my site rivals4ever.com to make it simpler so that I can attract more visitors? I tried asking this question at many places but have not got satisfactory answer so far. Looking at my recent experience with mahalo answers I am sure I am going to get something good. Really excited to hear from you guys what can I do with my site to attract more visitors and make it simpler?
