How did you 'move' it? Did you open it in Expression Web or did you import it? What? Does it have the meta data ticked? Site - Site Settings - General Tab - Manage the website using hidden metadata files... you need that to be ticked.

Problem with include files in Expression Web?
I have a web site that was built in Front Page. I moved it to Expression Web and everything worked great until I tried to change the navigation menu in an include file. In Front Page changing the include file changes every page that includes it.
Now in Expression Web that no longer happens. I have to manually open every page that includes the menu, change it, save it, chenge it back and they the include file sill update.
What's up with this?
