My installer is not working on iPhone 1.1.4. It says "PACKAGE DOWNLOAD FAIL"

installer on my phone is not working properly. i have tried number of things like deleting the source of st packaging and then refreshing. i am using 1.1.4 but its is still showing fail to download package.

please help

It seems your not the only one with this issue, I checked out MacForums and there is an entire thread dedicated to solving this particular error.

Here is just one example of the plethora of tips you'll find there, and when all else fails you can try Apple Support.
