Is there any way to find best YCombinator Hacker News stories of all-time?

This link allows me to see the most recent highest-voted stories on YCombinator Hacker News.

I want to see the all-time highest-voted stories. Is there any way to do this?

No, there is currently no way to do so. The score of any story naturally decreases over time. You could request this as a new feature.
