Is there an extra monthly fee with the Verizon Droid, similar to the $30 a month they charge for the blackberry?

According to PC Mag (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2355249,00.asp ) the answer is yes. $30/month just like the AT&T Wireless' iPhone plan.
