I'm not sure that the iSight has this without purchasing a product to do so, BUT there is some freeware/demo downloads at:

www.apple.com
That add different effects options in 'Photobooth' (on the Mac), and one has a way to put your mouth on another face (celebrities, etc) to make it look like they are talking. Thats the closest thing I know of...
But I'm sure apple would have some suggestions (as it is the camera built into their computers) as to programs on downloads that would offer what you are really looking for (a cartoon or CGI character that talks for you as you talk?)
(I know it isn't THAT helpful, but nobody else has said anything....)

Is there a way to make talking avatar movies with the iSight camera, like Logitech cameras do? Where it tracks your face?
