If you like to do your own local processing and either have a Mac or run Linux, there are two tools available. The first is clive which is found at http://clive.sourceforge.net/. That downloads the FLV file you need.
The second tool you need is ffmpeg. You can find such as http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/. After download you can use a variety of ffmpeg commands to strip out video so that you have just audio.

When the download completes click the Player Button to play the video.
You will need a converter for you to play it in other players. The video you have download with ant toolbar works with any video converter.
