Is it possible to use an unverified Paypal account to purchase something?

there are certain country where you can use unverified paypal account to make purchase.
to veryfy palpal account, you need to login in to you paypal account at www.paypal.com, then click "verify account" under account information..
you can use your debit or credit card to verify your account, if you are in china you can use your bank account for verification

If I verify the account with a credit card, will it deduct money from the credit card or from my money on my Paypal account for every purchase?

I make purchases with my unverified account. However, I believe you just have to connect your Paypal account with a your bank account numbers to verify it.
