When my family first got on the internet, we lived in a rural area, that had a very small library and a small budget for that library. It made it very difficult for my sons to research for their home work. It gave them the opportunity to find information online that they could have never found in our small library... even if they could have gotten into the library with the limited number of hours they were open.
