I am wondering where webhooks and semantic web might intersect?

There are lots of possibilities, after all semantic web is all about the data, and if I understand webhooks correctly, it is all about the sending and receiving of data/transactions through a hub. Could easily be a hub for medical records, allowing a common view of all encounters for a patient without having to create a huge database. The requester, hub and data store would have an authorization/authentication/access level for security.
