Redtag has a contest going on (open to folks in the US and Canada)
http://www.redtag.ca/ipodcontest.php
Write a blogpost about about datepad and get entered in their contest:
http://blog.datepad.com/2008/03/28/ipod-touch-contest/
Personally, I'm not big on giving out my real address and personal information for contests. It's an easy way to unknowingly subscribe to spam, unsolicited phone calls, junk mail, and other obtrusive forms of marketing.
But, why not answer some questions here on Mahalo Answers and cash out for a refurbished touch from Apple?

I can personally vouch for the authenticity of this site because about a year ago, I earned an iPod nano from them while I was working a boring job that required me to sit at a computer for hours on end with nothing to do.
Here is how it works: After registering, you can collect points by completing merchant offers, signing up for newsletters, taking surveys, etc. After you reach a certain number of points, you can redeem them for a few different types of iPods, including an iPod touch.
I am not going to lie...it is a very tedious process. But if you have the time, it is legitimate. There are some tips that will make it easier:
1. Use an email address you don't care about because you'll get lots of spam and offers through email.
2. Refer as many friends as possible, because it's the quickest and easiest way to receive points.
3. Don't use your real home number. Use a fake or get a free voicemail number from this site: http://k7.net/
4. You don't have to use a credit card for the offers. It is possible to get all the points you need by doing only offers they don't require a credit card. I did it!
5. Use a form-filler. There are various browser add-ons you can use that will make filling out offers and stuff go by quickly.
It took me about 2 months of completing offers whenever I was bored at work to receive my free iPod nano.

How to win/get a free iPod Touch?
I am looking for ways to win an iPod touch or get one for free or at reduced cost. I will decline to go into details regarding the tale of woe which caused me to lose my previous iPod Touch less than two months after I received it.

The only legit way I know of is through a site called http://www.ipodsweepstakes.com I can personally vouch for the authenticity of this site because about a year ago, I earned an iPod nano from them while I was working a boring job that required me to sit at a computer for hours on end with nothing to do.

I agree that I don't like giving out real info as well, but then again some print publications I subscribe to also put me on mailing lists. So it's a risk any time personal info's given out.
I work as a guide for Mahalo, so I'm not able to make money off of Answers. But I am all about helping others cash in on the micro economy we are creating here.
Here's another contest that still looks active:

It's coming up on "trade show season" and if you happen to be in N.Y. or S.F. there are a ton of tech conferences coming up in the next few months. Dropping in a few business cards at the free events might score you a win. Last time I was at an AdTech, I remember there being a ton of iPod's up for grabs.
