This depends on what you mean by 'unblocking' a werbsite. If you mean it is shielded on your PC because your employer has installed netnanny, websense or any other shielding software, you should really reconsider whether you want to try and 'break' that filter. If they have a filter installed, they are very likely also monitoring web views, and any illegal usage can be reason for getting yourself fired.
