The warning messages are there for a reason, your hard drive is probably failing. I'd guess your computer is at least 3 years old, and maybe 5 - which is the time some hard drives start to fail. Buy a new drive and clone the data onto it with a utility like Norton Ghost.

How to avoid warning messages at boot?
Some tracks of the current hard disk which I use are corrupt and I get a warning message, at boot time, that the hard disk is about to crash with an escape button "F2". I continue to use the system and so far(about three months), I have had no problem. What is the solution?

You could install Windows again (after backing everything up, of course), but the bad sectors on the drive might still remain. Your best bet might be running an external drive, or replacing the internal one altogether. They have come down in price considerably in the last few years, and no longer break the bank too badly. :)
