How secure is a fax machine at FedEx Kinkos? Do fax machines store the pages they send?
I have to send new hire paperwork via fax to my new HR department. I'm worried about sending important documents that have my SSN and vital information on it.
If I faxed the info from a Kinkos, would someone be able to access that information from that fax machine? Do fax machines store the pages that they scan? I'm just worried because Kinkos is available to anyone that walks in (I'm not worried about the fax machine on the HR end, just Kinkos).
