They don't seem to be that keen on releasing the absolute numbers, and they numbers vary a lot over time anyway.

But it looks like in 2009 they are probably in the range of 6-9bn per month, which is about 200-300m per day.

Things like Michael Jackson dying and Barack Obama giving a big speech can cause major spikes and troughs.
