Promo/coupon codes for amazon have a very wide range. For example you can save 5% on each participating item when you spend $75.00 or more on products offered by some company or buy any 4 eligible items and get the lowest-priced item free. It really depends on what you're buying so promo and coupon codes are essentially the same thing. If you want to see the full range of codes I suggest a site called http://www.retailmenot.com. They offer codes for just about every site you can think of and most of them actually work!
