Yes - just copy and paste and write RT in front of your tweet (or "retweeting @username"). Some clients, such as TweetDeck and Tweetie, may also have a RT or Forward button to allow you to do this easily.

That way... or, some Twitter clients actually have a Retween button that does all that automagically...
