The quickest way is to access the following link using Internet Explorer
http://worldwide.blackberry.com/update/blackberrystorm.jsp

Please note, the Blackberry Desktop software might need to be installed so the Storm is recognized by the PC that you are performing the update from. Further, it looks like it only works with Microsoft Windows OS.
