How do I convert a .jpeg to .doc, .wpd, .rtf, .xls, .pdf, .docx, .xlsx or .txt on a Mac?

From preview you can save it as a pdf
then open the pdf in acrobat or word and save to most of those other formats

Some of these formats aren't going to preserve the image data, for example translating a JPG into TXT will result in a text file full of random characters. Are you sure this is what you want?
You can embed a JPG in a Word DOC, a WordPerfect WPD, a rich text RTF file or PDF, for example, and it'll preserve the image.
Are you trying to convert to all these formats at once? What are you needing to do with the image, exactly?
