According to java.com, you need to completely uninstall and do an offline installation. Additionally, according to a forum, Java Update (jusched.exe) might still be running even after you uninstall previous JDK and all JRE's. Make sure to kill jusched.exe in the Task Manager before you begin the fresh installation.

How can I fix this java error 25099 unzipped core file error? I am using Windows XP. I can't download anything from raproducts.org
I can't download anything from raproducts.org becauseit says they are not offering downloads at this time.......
