How can I fix my system from unwanted files

How can I fix my system from unwanted files. I tried to clean manually But I think it's not possible? Therefore, do you have any utility to clean my system. I am using windows 2000XP service pack two with 2 GB RAM.

I use Tune up utilities 2009 it has lots of tool like for example : increasing performance, free up dick space, clean up windows, solve problems and more, for me is one of the best so far I use it all the time.
And if in case that something went wrong it has a Rescue Center where you can undo wherever you did.
For more information google it "tune up utilities 2009" you'll find lost of results even videos.

I use CCleaner. It is one program that i simply must have on my system. It is always a good idea to clean you system regularly and CCleaner is just the one to do that. You can also fix registry problems with it, uninstall programs and manage startup programs and system restore. It is a simple program, doesn't take up a lot of space, is not full of bloatware, doesn't slow down your system and doesn't break your system.
