StumbleUpon is a giant web-community, which offers the SU Toolbar. If you join the community of SU, you can edit which catagories you are interested in. The choices vary from Communism to Cooking, from travel to music. Basically if something has more than two people in the world who are interested in it, it'll be a catagory on SU.

You choose what you're interested in, hit the STUMBLE button on the toolbar and it brings you to a site that is about one of those things you chose. If you like it, you click "I like it" and more like that one will be shown next time you click. If you don't, just hit the thumb down button and it will be noted as well.

You join by visiting stumbleupon.com and downloading the toolbar after you register. It's a nice tool, been using it for years, but it can be kind of a time killer. The typical SU phenomenon is the "just one more page" syndrome. *lol*
