It won't offer you 3D because nobody will obther to write software for it.
But, it's a very good way to watch full lenght movies from an iPhone: you get the illusion of an 44 inches screen in front of you.
Just be carreful of not being gropped/robbed/killed while you watch something.

A new cable from Vuzix will let iPhone owners hook up LCD glasses to watch movies in 3D. The cable hooks into the iPhone’s dock connector and will work with 3D movies in side-by-side, interlaced and anaglyph modes.

If that is true.. that will be a great experience.. Imagine that you will watched a full length movie in your iPhone in 3D.. That's awesome... That goggle will surely hit the market.. Goggles have a lot of benefit to us like sunglasses.. Sunglasses protect our eyes in sun rays and dust.. Choosing the sunglasses is also a fashion sense.. by the way, check this video and watch how sunglasses make the guy handsome.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHQpRt7vd3Q
