I like "Color It!" by Digimage. It has many more features than MS Paint and is reasonably priced ($59.95- see link below).

Paintbrush is described as a MS Paint clone- and it's free. Here is a screen shot:

If you are looking for something free, then you can try Poster Paint (See link below). Another free program is Seashore. It's an open source image editor for Mac OS X.
