Sure you can! You can bookmark wiki pages like you can any other website, and if there's a specific section you want to bookmark, hit the link for it in the Contents. When you go to that section you can bookmark it and when you return, you'll be directed right back there.

Example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerith_Gainsborough#Final_Fantasy_VII
